Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, I respectfully ask for a 24 hour notice period. Rescheduling or Cancelling your appointment after the 24 hour reminder will result in Chloe Gilbert Studio retaining your 50% deposit and not providing a refund.
