RUNNING LATE: 

 

Your appointment has been reserved for you. Please ensure you arrive on time as I’m a one person business and run on a scheduled booking system. If you are running late please notify me as soon as you can, and I will try my best to accommodate. Running later than 15 minutes of your appointment time will require your appointment to be rescheduled and result in a no-show fee. 

 

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY: 

 

If you are unable to attend your appointment, I respectfully ask for a 24 hour notice period. Rescheduling or Cancelling your appointment after the 24 hour reminder will result in Chloe Gilbert Studio requesting a 50% service fee.

 

ONLINE BOOKING:

 

When booking online you will be required to place your card details to secure your booking. No payment will be taken unless you cancel/ reschedule your appointment/s after the 24 hour notice period, No-shows also apply. A. 50% fee will be charged accordingly to your credit card provided. NO-SHOW POLICY: 

 

Not attending your appointment will result in a no-show fee. This fee is the full amount of your appointment.

GUEST/CHILDREN:

 

Due to my Studio being small and intimate, I ask you kindly to please arrive alone. In most circumstances I can be accommodating and understanding, please send me a message in advance so I can ensure the area is safe. If this can be avoided it would be greatly appreciated.
